Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective item, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the return is not due to a product issue (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
